Payment policy
Collision Coins are sold as a final purchase. We do not run a refund desk, and there is no button here that undoes a payment.
Why it works that way
The coin is credited to your account the moment the payment clears, and from then on it is yours to spend. A store that hands you the goods and also hands the money back on request is a store that gets emptied by the few people willing to do that to it — and the cost of that lands on everyone else.
If you were charged and got nothing
That is not a refund, that is a mistake, and we fix it. Write to support with the order number. The same goes for a charge you do not recognise on your statement.
If your bank reverses the charge
You can always go to your bank or card issuer. When a reversal or chargeback reaches us, the coins from that order come back off the balance and the account keeps working. We do not fight it, and we do not close accounts over it.
Where you live may give you rights that override this page — a statutory withdrawal period, for one. Those rights win, and we will honour them; ask support and say where you are.
