Terms of service
The account
One account, used on the website and in the game. You are responsible for the password. Nobody on this team will ever ask you for it — the people who run the server are already one click from your account and have no reason to ask.
The server
The game is free to play. There is no subscription and nothing you must buy. Your character is not wiped.
What gets an account removed
Using a bug that makes you rich or unkillable instead of reporting it. Selling accounts or items for real money through us. Harassment. Automating play. In every case the account goes, and there is no refund of anything bought with it.
Deals between players
Whatever you trade or hand to another player is between the two of you. We do not broker it, we do not reverse it, and we cannot get it back.
What we can change
Rates, drops, items and rules of the game change — that is what a patch note is. Every change is published the day it happens. If a change removes something you paid for within the last 30 days, the refund policy applies.
