About a payment
Say the order number and what happened. Order numbers are on your account page, under Account. Purchases are final — see the payment policy — but a charge that delivered nothing is a mistake, and we fix those.
What we will never ask you
Your password. Your card number. A code sent to your phone or e-mail. Anyone asking for those is not us, whatever their name says.
